So, it looks like the SAFE Banking Act, the one protecting banks that do cannabis transactions, has made more progress. We expect it to pass the House. The Senate is more of a question but given that the banking industry is in support of this bill, we are hopeful it will go through. If so, Trump will probably approve. That would be HUGE! Eaze could use some banking help after being sued by Dionymed.

As a crazy byproduct of agency regulation, hemp cbd edibles are not allowed in California yet cannabis cbd is. That’s looking to change. The LA times has a good article about the farmers’ plight due to regulations. Speaking of which, Riverside County raided 118 illicit grows. New Mexico expanded medical cannabis coverage to include those taking opioids. And a prominent anti marijuana doctor, who made presentations against opioid abuse, is sued for opioid abuse. If you are in Michigan, please find him and pass him a joint. :)
