Hi,

California is considering a bill that will allow CBD edibles but not smokable hemp. I suppose they are looking to debate and consider this separately. The FDA released a statement that they are looking to gather more real-world data on CBD and the USDA released finalized rules for hemp. There were some wins for the hemp industry such as crops with 0.3% to 1% THC not triggering penalties.

Have an enjoyable week!
