This week, the governor of New York stated that he wants to ban flavored Ecigs. California is taking steps for more labeling and warnings of the dangers of nicotine and THC vapes. Reports are out on shady companies selling synthetic drugs under the guise of CBD.

It looks like the House is going to vote on cannabis banking next week! Ecuador will join Uruguay, Switzerland and Australia with a max of 1% THC in their hemp. The Center for Food Safety released a scorecard for some of the biggest hemp manufactures. And Mitch McConnell is pushing the FDA to clarify CBD in less than 120 days.
