The FDA submitted enforcement guidelines to the White House for review. We included an article about making a global CBD standard. The US has a 0.3% THC limit so it’s ridiculous that Europe settled on 0.2% and Switzerland, aiming to keep its reputation of being the most uptight country, decided on a 0.1% limit. :) Mexican activists, frustrated with the Mexican Congress's delays in enacting cannabis legislation, have decided to build a marijuana farm with 7-foot plants on the front lawn of the Mexican Congress. Is there any legal basis for Americans to build a cannabis farm on the lawn of Congress or the White House? :)
