The Democrats securely have the house and last week they won both Georgia seats in the Senate which means they control the house. But there is the threat of the filibuster which requires 60 votes. We have some articles that discuss likely scenarios. If the MORE Act becomes closer to reality, you can expect more debating within the Democratic party to iron out details. I'm crossing my fingers that Biden is more proactive than the last three weed-smoking presidents. :)

South Dakota’s governor is clearly anti cannabis, pushing for a lawsuit to overturn the will of the people. And a court ruling stated that South Dakota lawyers can't help cannabis companies. What!? In California, Governor Newsome’s proposed budget includes consolidating all three cannabis agencies into one.
