In 2020, we saw a decrease in hemp acres cultivated but an increase in license holders. The USDA recently released hemp rules, which will take effect in March. These give the industry more clarity. We included an outlook of the cannabis market in 2021. in short, experts expect continued mergers and acquisitions, more states including New York to legalize to compensate for budget shortfalls, increased investment and some modified version of the States Act being pushed through.
