Pressured by California, Weedmaps finally agreed to pull all unlicensed businesses before the end of the year. That’ s big! We actually counted and found that only 30% of California delivery companies on Weedmaps are licensed. In a historic case, Oklahoma won a 572 million dollar lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson for their unscrupulous pushing of opioids. Washington state said that cannabis edibles and drinks are fine but hemp edibles are illegal in accordance with the FDA.
