The Justice Department is blaming the DEA for helping the opioid crisis grow. And California may be the first state to require that hospitals allow end-of-life patients to get high. There are some interesting numbers regarding the drug testing they require of some welfare recipients. Also, I was surprised to see that marijuana arrests nationally are rising.
