It's a shame that elected officials either fight to destroy (Mississippi) or water down (Montana) cannabis laws against their constituents' vote. A recent poll shows how pissed off Mississippians are at their officials. The country’s only cannabis master’s degree program (medical cannabis science and therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy) is about to have alumni. This will be the norm in a few years. :)
