California has prepared a draft of the upcoming cannabis rules for the new DCC to enact. They will include changes to sampling, branded merchandise, and the definition of financial interest holders. NORML conducted a survey of doctors of which a majority admitted to being ignorant about cannabis. This along with doctors being afraid to lose their license or upset their employers is a problem when so many people rely on their doctors’ opinions for cannabis. The American Medical Association analyzed 16 years of federal data in 10 adult-use and medical states and proved once again that teen cannabis did not increase with legalization. I'm not sure if this is due to the disruption of the illicit market or simply adult and parental use makes weed very uncool. :)
