A new national poll by Ipsos said among other things that only 89% of people think the government should allow cannabis to be legal in some capacity. This includes it be medically, recreationally, or up to the states to decide. 89%! A bill was introduced that would make cannabis businesses eligible for loans from the Small Business Administration. Let's see what happens in a Democrat-controlled Congress. We also included an analysis of what would happen if the IRS got rid of the crippling 280E rule.
