New Mexico legalized adult-use cannabis, deciding that New York shouldn’t hog the spotlight. That's now 17 states, Guam and DC that have adult-use cannabis. Hopefully, they can learn from the example Arizona has set. While Arizona was one of 5 states to pass cannabis bills in November, they are the only one that has implemented their bill. Looking at some of the western states we can see how the gender differences are changing the cannabis landscape.
