Months ago, the NFL announced they would be levy fines for cannabis instead of suspensions. This week, they celebrated 420 by announcing there will be no marijuana testing in the off-season. That makes sense since cannabis actually heals. :) The Florida Supreme Court said that a legalization bill with millions invested and hundreds of thousands of signatures is invalid because it didn't expressly state that if it passes, cannabis would still stay federally illegal. Speaking of which, the SAFE Banking bill passed the house just like it did last year. We have a breakdown of which cannabis opponents living in legal states opposed the bill.
