Hi,

New Jersey acted pretty quickly in making cannabis laws. We expect their actions to affect other states as 2021 might be time for CT, NM, NY, PA, RI, VA to turn adult-use and TX could turn medical! We also have a couple of more articles regarding cannabis and cancer studies, one of which is written by a doctor.

I want you to know that we appreciate every one of you taking the time to read our newsletters and my bad jokes. Last week, I said Purablis doesn't condone stone parenting in jest. To clarify, Purablis believes that using cannabis responsibly is a great way for parents to relieve stress during these uncertain times. Also, someone asked about our political views. Being a cannabis newsletter and a California licensed cannabis brand, any political opinions we share are around cannabis. Last year when we endorsed the most pro-cannabis candidate, Bernie Sanders, for president. We got some love but also got some angry unsubscribes. Someone even told me that if Sanders won, “Everyone would eat their pets like in Venezuela”. Ouch! I wasn't offended but my cat had a panic attack. I saw her the next day wearing a MAGA hat. 😹

If you want to know my beliefs, I believe the vast majority of republicans and democrat citizens are good people. I think we should remember that everyone’s opinion is based on what they have heard, seen or experienced. So when we all have different preferred media stations and politicians that take extreme opposites, it's only natural that citizens form different opinions. All I know is that people are good...and most politicians kinda suck. But they will suck less if they legalize cannabis. ;)

I hope that everyone is cozy these holidays. Be safe but try to relax. Today’s troubles will pass. :)
