Hi,

Scientists finally have had enough with the government’s crappy weed for research and are suing. NJ, VA, KS and MN are expanding their medical programs. In NC they’re banning smoking hemp as the cops can’t tell the difference between hemp and cannabis. I hope this law doesn’t spread. I’ve got an idea. Instead of banning harmless hemp, how about they stop cracking down on cannabis and go fight real crime? Cali has made some changes to the provisional permits.
