Twelve states (Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah) are banning Delta 8. The USPS wants companies to prepare for the vape product ban while there might be an exemption for CBD. The University of Syracuse did the first double-blind study proving that CBD does relieve pain.
