In an ironic twist, California legal Cannabis is being smuggled into Mexico. A new survey says 4 out of 5 Canadians would like to legalize magic mushrooms. The vast majority of California cities still ban cannabis dispensaries but that's changing. There is lots of room for growth in California as cities lose their fear of cannabis and look to increase budgets. We have a list of cities about to offer dispensary permits as the iron grip by little old ladies on city councils weakens. :)
