The USDA formed a partnership with an organic chemical manufacturer to study CBD in skincare products. We included an article discussing when the federal government will join the growing number of states banning delta-8. Oklahoma, which has more dispensaries than California, is holding off on implementing METRC the widespread Track-and-Trace system for at least 60 days as the state reviews activists’ complaints.
