The Postal Service is holding off from banning the mailing of vape products to further review how to implement the law. A study stated that CBD increases pain tolerance instead of reducing pain. That confuses me as well. :) And while the evidence of cannabis is mixed, a study showed that an increase of CBD usage leads to less alcohol consumption.
